Stone Cold Knight Drink

With the addition of forward Mark Stone to the Vegas Golden Knights, the town is buzzing with excitement. To commemorate this, the Juniper Cocktail Lounge located at Park MGM made a special cocktail for all Golden Knights fans to enjoy. Appropriately named Stone Cold Knight, the drink is comprised of bourbon, housemade ginger syrup and lemon juice. This mix is poured over a large ice cube with Stone’s number 61 stamped on it. To complete the presentation, it is served along side a sword in stone with the Golden Knights logo and dry ice creating a fog effect, “all designed to replicate the pre-game show at T-Mobile Arena,” said Jenny Luongo, Juniper Cocktail Lounge’s Assistant Beverage Director.

“We wanted to create something special to commemorate and welcome Mark Stone to the Golden Knights. The cocktail was made collaboratively by MGM Resorts Corporate Mixologist Craig Schoettler and Juniper Cocktail Lounge’s Assistant Beverage Director Jenny Luongo. Craig concocted the drink and I created the whimsical presentation.” she added.
