KTAN Episode #55 Featuring General Manager Tim Speltz and U.S.A. Men's Hockey Coach David Quinn
On this week’s Knight Time at Noon episode, VGK broadcasters Brian McCormack and Deryk Engelland discussed the latest on the Henderson Silver Knights and Jack Eichel’s performance thus far with the Golden Knights.
McCormack and Engelland got perspective from the General Manager of the Silver Knights, Tim Speltz. Speltz talked about the benefits of having HSK players recalled to the NHL.
Overall, Speltz says he is generally happy with the way the Silver Knights are playing as of late- he just wishes they had more wins to show for it.
This week’s episode of KTAN also featured the United States men's national hockey team Head Coach, David Quinn. Quinn talked about his honor of coaching a USA Olympic team. He also offered support for VGK forward Jack Eichel stating, “the hockey world hasn’t seen the best of Jack Eichel yet.” Like us, Quinn is looking forward to watching Eichel skate more.
