Aces are Golden
On Wednesday, September 8, the Golden Knights and Las Vegas Aces held a VGK theme night at the Aces vs. Minnesota Lynx. Various Golden Knights attended court side, and Chance came to root on the home team. Filled with competition, fun, and career games, it was a night to remember.
VGK’s mascot Chance and Aces mascot Buckets competed for the best shooter. In a three point contest where the opposing mascot can job on a trampoline and block shots, Chance came out with a victory and took home the Hop-a-$hot belt!
On the night that VGK came to support, the Aces showed up and put on a special show. Behind Jackie Young’s career night where she scored 29 points, 2 assists, and 10 rebounds, the Aces dominated the Minnesota Lynx and won 102 - 81.
